Hello. I am a fully trained and qualified member of the National Association of Chimney Sweeps (NACS).

ROTARY POWER SWEEPING WITH A SPECIALLY DESIGNED VACUUM CLEANER
I use an extremely high quality, award-winning rotary power sweeping system to ensure all types of chimneys are properly swept and cleared.
As well as sealing off the appliance before sweeping, I also connect a high-quality, powerful vacuum to the rod guide. My vac includes a HEPA filter which is designed to deal with hazardous particles.
SMOKE EVACUATION CHECKS AND NACS SWEEPING CERTIFICATES
After inspecting and sweeping the chimney, I perform a smoke evacuation check before completing and issuing an official National Association of Chimney Sweeps certificate of chimney sweeping. This certificate serves as proof that the chimney has been professionally cleaned and is safe for use, if passed as safe. They are valid for the duration stated on the certificate and are required by insurance companies and by solicitors for conveyancing when properties are being sold.
HAVING YOUR CHIMNEY SWEPT REGULARLY IS VERY IMPORTANT AND IT SHOULD BE SWEPT AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
I can help if your fire, stove or flue pipe requires maintenance, such as fire cement work or applying copper grease to parts. I supply and fit new parts including: firebricks; baffle plates; rope seals for stove doors, flue pipes and blanking plates; and heat-proof glass for your stove's door.
I also: clear birds' nests from chimneys; perform CCTV inspections, providing a chimney inspection report if required; and I'll even be the lucky chimney sweep at your wedding!
